Our short letting services create unforgettable experiences for those welcomed into the homes of our hosts. We are a rapidly growing vacation rental company based in the heart of London, providing unique services including hotel-style cleaning, check in/out, maintenance and dynamic pricing.

And we’re looking for a bright, dynamic all rounded student to join our Reservations team for a 6 months internship. You will be responsible for managing the reservation enquiries through various online channel partners including the telephone sales environment. Working with a team across a range of disciplines, your role will require to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and identify new avenues for guests satisfaction. You will also take a hands-on approach and be proactive in assisting customer enquiries and turning these into bookings. You will also help to develop and improve our relationship with our current partner channels as well as find new ones.

What will you do? ✍
Maximising revenue and guest satisfaction by receiving flat and apartment reservations.
Upholding a high level of regular, frequent, accurate and timely communication to all related departments regarding the Reservations function within the company.
Maximising customer satisfaction and hotel revenue by promoting the hotel’s other services and facilities to guests.
Maintaining and handling phone and email inquiries and deliver results by turning the enquiries into bookings.
Handling enquiries from all sides, selling City Relay in a consultative and inspiring manner.
Liaising with internal departments providing insightful data for external communications and promotions.
Analysing the reservations side of the business and create processes to improve returns and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Identifying and executing different ways to increase customer acquisition from our channel partners.
Managing all our active distribution channels, updating each channel on a live basis and following a set format of uploading properties onto advertising channels.
Researching further channels of distribution and establishing partnerships.
Sharing your informed passion for our homes and hosts to give guests a great booking experience.
