Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in the industry who wants to take initiatives and lead the Distribution and Reservations Department of our fast growing vacation rental startup in London!!

City Relay is a rapidly growing vacation rental company providing Airbnb management services based in London venturing also in property acquisition, development and management. We have grown massively the last years and looking forward we are aiming to be industry leaders soon! With our main office in the heart of vibrant Portobello market and 24/7 Reception Desk for all our guest in Earls Court!

This will be a full time, permanent position for the successful candidate. Your strategic thinking and hands-on approach will directly influence City Relay online and offline exposure and sales figures.

Main responsibilities:
Manage all our active distribution channels and updating each channel on a daily basis.
Follow a set format of uploading properties onto advertising channels.
Promote last minute and advanced occupancy.
Research further channels of distribution and establish partnerships.
Analyse and identify the performance and efficiency of current advertising channels.
Input specific promotional rates depending on apartments’ availability.
Research and update what’s coming up in London and Paris on City Relay website.
Understand the competitive market and implement approaches to ensure that we are one step ahead of our competitors.
Handle enquiries efficiently, selling City Relay in a consultative and inspiring manner.
Share your passion for our homes and hosts providing guests with an excellent booking experience.
Process all partner bookings.
Produce property and area descriptions for our clients so they know what to expect by staying in City Relay properties.
Work with the marketing team to disseminate and share ideas in order to promote City Relay to future clients, travel agents and accommodations providers.
Other responsibilities as required.

You will need to have 5-10 years of experience within the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
Essential experience in distribution and channel management!

We provide full management services: check in, key exchange, luggage storage, maintenance and cleaning services, as well as advanced marketing to help you with the many challenges you could face with your vacation rental. Last but not least, our Reception desks based in the heart of London poses a competitive advantage provided to both our hosts and guests.
