We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who:
-Has proven experience as a Junior Sous/Senior Chef De Partie
-Can manage a large team during a high volume service
-Will inspire, encourage and mentor the junior Chefs
-Has knowledge and an interest in classical techniques
