This Luxury Hotel in the heart of Seoul, Korea is looking for a dynamic and experienced RESTAURANT DIRECTOR to lead the team of their Fine DIning restaurant.

** Oversees and directs all aspects of the restaurant operation:
** Lead and manage the team
** Ensure 5* quality / Michelin star standards of service at all times
** Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
** Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
** To assist in the recruitment and training of F&B Colleagues
** Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs
** Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
** Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
** Have full knowledge of all menus
** Manage the departmental budget
** Follow policies, procedures and service standards
** Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
** Other duties as assigned


** An F&B specialist with a proven track record in Food and Beverage within their respected industry.
** At least 5 years’ experience working in F&B including management level experience
** Degree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management
** Previous experience within a major Metropolitan City is essential

** Fluent in English and French
** Knowledge of Korean would be a major advantage.
