About the job

Job Summary and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain compliance policy and procedure for internal control in compliance with regulatory requirements

- Assess all significant risks relating to the operation of hotel level and the REIT level whether that the internal control system is adequacy and efficiency

- Conduct internal compliance audit & assessment to ensure operational conformity with SET & SEC rules and law

- Plan for each audit engagement, audit scope and draft audit program to ensure the quality assurance of audit activity

- Follow up and evaluate the overall result of audit recommendations

- Provide advice to Business Unit on SET & SEC regulations related to REIT management

- Perform any other missions assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Laws, Economics or Accounting

2. Have a good knowledge and understand the rules and regulations of SET & SEC in regarding to Real Estate investment Trust or Property fund

3. Have a mild set of “Taking ownership”, “Get thing done”, and “Can do” attitude

4. Well organized, detail-oriented, good strategic planning and implementation skills

5. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken

6. Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
