The Sales Team develop new leads for the hotel and work with clients to plan and accomplish events with exemplary results. Whether it a business function, a wedding reception, or a birthday party, we strive to make our guests events the best ever! We expect our Associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. We look for staff who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
The Sales Coordinator provides clerical/secretarial and administrative support for the Sales Department, including computer input, filing, and answering telephones. The ideal applicant will be extremely organized and customer service oriented. Our Sales associates must be willing to go the extra mile to help make the guest experience one to remember. Requires basic working knowledge of computer and office equipment and clerical duties. Prior hotel or guest relations experience preferred. Pay commensurate with experience. Full time position with benefits, hours may vary.
