Train as a Supervisor to Manager in Training at this new French Brasserie in the best town for food and music, New Orleans! Explore by foot or trolley the history and the birthplace of Jazz Music, Mardi Gras, go on a swamp tour or a cementary haunted tour. New Orleans has amazing food from French to Creole!
Candidates would need to bring at least 2 suits and 2 more business casual outfits (dark jeans, button down and a jacket). Two (2) “family meals” will be provided every day. One for the AM team, and one for the PM team. The supervisors are welcome to eat during those times.
Any hours worked over 40 will be paid time and a half. PTO Accrual begins on the date of hire and earned time can be used started on the 1st of the month on after 60 days of continuous employment.
Pickup from the airport upon arrival will be provided. Please fly into New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY). 5 days of complimentary room and tax will also be provided for the trainee.
