Job description

Collaborating with line managers to address skills gaps to improve overall performance of the
individual, department and resort. Facilitate group training programmes to the standards required and
evaluate effectiveness of programmes through follow up with line managers


Facilitate training as per CCR standards and resort training needs. Training consists of both on
the job and classroom training and is to be carried out in close co-operation with the relevant
departmental Managers.
• Design, develop and / or update CCR training program’s based on annual needs assessments.
Use dynamic and leading international training methodologies for the specific target audience.
• Report on the four levels of evaluation and follow up with relevant department Managers.
• Assist departmental Managers plan training needs analysis and career development of their
• Compile monthly reports on training conducted and adhoc reports as required.
• Completion of whatever other tasks are assigned by the T&D Manager
