As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll manage food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. You'll ensure compliance with all health, safety, or other requirements.


People Management

- Manage everyday activity
- Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching
- Train colleagues
- Recommend or initiate any HR elated actions where needed

Financial Management

- Help prepare the hotel’s annual budget
- Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on F&B costs
- Drive promotions that deliver great dining experiences for guests
- Make sure credit and financial transactions are handled securely

Guest Experience

- Make sure all F&B equipment is in operational condition
- Make sure all F&B facilities are clean & properly stocked
- Notify engineering immediately of any maintenance & repair needs
- Establish & achieve quality & guest satisfaction goals
- Help guests with their requests and complaints
- Make sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction

Responsible Business

- Manage hotel F&B marketing programmes
- Keep an eye on competitor activity/industry innovation
- Review and approve menu design and concept with Executive Chef
- Make sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely
- Handle food & beverage inventory procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties


- Some college and/or advanced training in F&B management
- 2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree/higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts or related field preferred
