Job description

Want to work in DC in Outlets? Apply here! Rotate through Host, Barista, and server positions and become an Outlets Supervisor! Free Museums and historical landmarks, visit the White House, Arlington National Cemetery, and explore the Northeast coast! This hotel ranks the highest within it's chain as the leader of providing the highest Guest Service Scores!

Rate of pay:

F&B & Hotel Orientation, $12.00 per hour Starbucks Barista, $11.50 per hour

Outlet Server – 6 months total: Breakfast/Lunch Outlets, $6.25 per hr. plus tips Dinner/Room Service Outlets, $6.25 per hr. plus tips Restaurant/Outlets Supervisor, $16.00 per hour no tips

It is customary in the US to train in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $15.00 per hour”.

As an Outlet server you will get to train in any F&B Outlet to include Restaurant, Bar, Banquets, and In Room Dining.

Benefits: * Discounts at other chain hotel properties * Meals are $1.50 per candidate per shift * The host employer will provide up to 30 days of complimentary accommodations for room and tax. All other charges are your own responsibility. * A uniform will be provided upon arrival.

Requirements

Must have at least 2 reference letter from prior employers. Current F&B experience is a must!
