At the moment we''re looking for a Full Time Chef De Partie to join our signature RedSalt Restaurant at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley. This role will have the opportunity step up and be responsible for the full service of the Restaurant in the absence of the Sous Chef and lead the team to create extraordinary culinary experiences for our local clientele and resort guests.
You will also have access to work in our Boutique Lovedale Bar kitchen and the largest regional Conference and Events centre kitchen in NSW.
You will be creative and passionate - excited about using local produce to create food memories for our guests. You will be keen to grow and development in a large organisation offering you multiple learning opportunities and of course you''ll be diligent and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements. Being a team player is a must at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley and your can do attitude will see you create exceptional experiences for our guests.
