• Agency Management• Drive marketing tactical plan (rooms & R&B) and loyalty marketing initiatives• Online & Offline Marketing Assets creation (rooms & R&B)• In-hotel marketing collateral deployment (rooms & R&B)• Social Media calendar creation• Social Media posting & monitoring – responding to reviews• Field Marketing Health Check update & compliance•Media planning• Celebrations & events calendar• IHG Boost management• PR: Research, write & distribute press releases, create a Media kit, Create and keep updated a database of local & international (if needed) press contacts and / Identify and nurture key influencers• Campaigns, activities & PR coverage evaluation Reporting
