If so we are looking for a dedicated passionate Sous Chef to join our talented Kitchen Team.
In partnership with our Executive Chef, you will as our second in charge, assist in managing the daily kitchen operations of our diverse Food & Beverage Operation including Locavore Restaurant, Epoche Lounge Bar, The Conservatory, In-Room Dining and Conference and Events.
We require a strong kitchen leader with the ability to inspire your colleagues and have the genuine care to train and develop a high performing team. You will also strive for continued food excellence and financial success for the department. You will assist in overseeing a smooth operation that adheres to local health, safety and other compliance concerns will be second nature for you.
Most importantly you will be a true brand and local Hunter Valley ambassador in everything you do!
