Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing IT support to Customer Engagement & Process Transformation - China. 

- Assist in managing and maintaining all information systems, IT applications and IT hardware.

- Drive and practice a service culture of treating guests and colleagues as family.

- Take on any projects assigned by the Director of Customer Engagement & Process Transformation - China.

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Studies
  • Willing to be on 24/7 Standby
  • Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)
  • 2 years working experience in Information Systems
  • Calm and stable disposition
  • Telephony and PABX, networking & programming knowledge
  • Hotel or Contact Centre background/experience
