- Degree or Diploma in Computer Studies
- Willing to be on 24/7 Standby
- Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)
- 2 years working experience in Information Systems
- Calm and stable disposition
- Telephony and PABX, networking & programming knowledge
- Hotel or Contact Centre background/experience
