In this unique position you encourage, provide focus and support your team achieve their goals. You create a safe working environment and analyze, plan and troubleshoot work activities. You nurture talent and lead by understanding your people.

 

Our multilingual Customer Service team provides dedicated assistance and advocacy to make sure customer''s stays exceed their expectations. Together with your team you find solutions, formulate new ideas and embrace change. This position is primarily responsible for day-to-day management of a group of 10 - 12 Customer Services Executives. You will lead them, develop them and make sure that they are consistently able to meet sales conversion target and provide excellence in Customer Service in a manner as set out by corporate office and its standards. 

 

You report directly to the Operations Manager of our customer contact centre.

 

You Need 

 

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
  • Ability to converse & write in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French, Arabic OR Italian will be an advantage
  • Preferably min 3 years experience in call centre operations, customer service, travel agency or hotel reservations
  • Must be WILLING to work a flexible schedule or SHIFTS (24 hours operations)
  • Computer literate and internet savvy. Fidelio OPERA experience an added advantage
  • Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
  • Can work under pressure and deliver set goals
  • Positive work attitude and able to work in a team environment
  • Pleasant personally with good communication, organization and call handling skills
  • Open to Malaysians only
