About the job

You will directly contribute to global company growth while delivering measurable results against business goals. You will be in charge of expanding Dayuse.com’s presence in one of our most promising markets, The Netherlands.

With great team mentality and a strong focus on your market, you will report to an Area Manager.

Your role:

· Prospect, negotiate, and enroll new hotels to Dayuse.com
· Interact with hotel owners, general managers, directors of revenue and directors of sales.
· Play a central role in developing sales and product strategy for success in your market.
· Ensure the right service positioning to build a large business and deliver clear value to both hoteliers and consumers.
· Account management, optimization, and improvement of existing hotel offers
· Ensure guest satisfaction by managing reservations alongside Customer Service
· Negotiate and conclude local hotel groups and management companies’ contracts
· Represent Dayuse.com across your market(s) via business trips and during international fairs
· Participation in various marketing, press relations, and communication projects
· Optimization of commercial tools (CRM, back office, extranet, statistics …)
· Competition monitoring

About you

Native Dutch speaker required
Perfectly bilingual English required
French and/or other languages are a strong plus
Bachelor degree or higher
Studies ideally in international business or hospitality management
Sales experience: successful business development and management of quality long-term customer relationships
Understanding of the dynamics of the digital travel industry, particularly hotels and OTAs
Familiarity of the particularities of the Dutch business environment
True business “hunter” profile
Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset
Ability to organize and prioritize busy workloads
Goal-oriented, agile, tenacious, and fast learner
Desire to work in an international start-up environment
Personal connections and network within the hospitality industry are a strong plus
