About the job

You will directly contribute to global company growth while delivering measurable results against business goals. You will be in charge of expanding Dayuse.com’s presence into of our most established markets, DACH: Germany and surrounding germanophone countries.
With great team mentality and a strong focus on your market, you will report to an Area Manager.

Your role:

· Prospect, negotiate with, and enroll new hotel partners to Dayuse.com's platform
· Interact with hotel owners, general managers, directors of revenue, and directors of sales.
· Play a central role in developing sales and product strategy for success in this market.
· Ensure the right service positioning to build a large business and deliver clear value to both hoteliers and consumers.
· Account management, optimization, and improvement of existing hotel offers
· Ensure guest satisfaction by managing reservations alongside Customer Service
· Negotiate and conclude local hotel groups and management companies’ contracts
· Represent Dayuse.com across your market via business trips and during international fairs
· Participation in various marketing, press relations, and communication projects
· Optimization of commercial tools (CRM, back office, extranet, statistics …)
· Competition monitoring

About you

· Native/perfectly bilingual German speaker required
· Fully fluent English required
· French and/or other languages are a strong plus
· Bachelor degree or above with studies ideally in business or hospitality management
· Previous confirmed sales experience required (successful business development and management of quality long-term customer relationships)
· True business “hunter” profile
· Understanding of the dynamics of the digital travel industry, particularly hotels and OTAs, is desired
· Familiarity of the particularities of the German business culture
· Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset
· Ability to organize and prioritize busy workloads
· Goal-oriented, agile, tenacious, and fast learner
· Desire to work in an international start-up environment
· Personal connections and network within the hospitality industry are a strong plus

Additional information:

· Contract: Full time permanent position (CDI)
· Location: 9th arrondissement in Paris, France
· Start: ASAP!
· Salary range: 30k-45k gross annual package (uncapped bonus) + meal tickets + health care + half Navigo pass
