About the job

Our International Customer Success team is looking for bilingual and motivated interns to help manage our Italian market by participating in the following activities:

· Provide day-to-day relationship management between our hotel partners (B2B) and guests (B2C)
· Manage requests for information and reservations by phone and email
· Handle special requests and complaints
· Establish a liaison between the client and the hotels: modification of reservations, time slot alterations, managing book-out situations etc
· Offer a high level of customer satisfaction (we offer a 100% response service)
· Exchange with hotel partners in order to maintain the quality of our offer (monitoring availability, allotments, image quality, and more)

About you

· Currently enrolled in a university degree program ideally in International Business, Languages, or Hospitality
· Fully bilingual (ideally native) Italian speaker required
· Fully fluent English and/or French required
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills
· Committed to providing a high degree of excellent customer service
· Ability to prioritize workloads
· Solid knowledge of internet tools
· Dynamic and rigorous
· Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry sector is a strong plus
· Personal culture fit for a dynamic multicultural startup environment

Additional information:

· Full-time internship contract with an educational institution required (convention de stage obligatoire) no alternance nor pro contract
· Location: 9th arrondissement, Paris, France
· Start: ASAP, for a length of 4 to 6 months
· Compensation: Base + half pass Navigo + half meal tickets
