The Internship:
Our International Customer Success team is looking for multilingual and motivated interns to help manage several markets. Assigned to the Italian market and reporting to our Customer Success Manager, your missions will include the following activities:
· Contribute to day-to-day relationship management between our hotel partners (B2B) and guests (B2C) by phone and email
· Establish a liaison between the client and the hotels: modification of reservations, managing book-out situations and special booking requests
· Participation in exchanges with hotel partners in order to maintain the quality of our offer (monitoring availability, allotments, image quality offers modifications...)
· Manage incoming requests for information and reservations
· Help to handle and resolve complaints and claims all while guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction (we offer a 100% response service)

Requirements

Your Profile:
· Currently enrolled in a degree program ideally in International Business, Languages, or Hospitality
· Fully bilingual (ideally native) Italian speaker
· Fluent English and/or French required
· Any other languages is a strong plus
· Previous hospitality or service industry experience is a plus
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills
· Passionate about providing a high degree of excellent customer service
· Ability to multitask and prioritize busy workloads
· Personal culture fit for a dynamic multicultural startup environment

Additional information:
· Full-time internship contract with an educational institution required (convention de stage obligatoire) no alternance nor pro contract
· Start: ASAP, for a length of 4 to 6 months full time
· Location: 9th arrondissement, Paris, France
· Compensation: Base + half pass Navigo + half meal tickets
