The Disney Professional Internships program offers a unique opportunity to explore the world of Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media (DCPI) in a seasonal, paid assignment with meaningful and productive projects that allow you to build your resume. You will be provided with challenging projects, performance feedback, valuable networking opportunities, and many educational and social opportunities. This position will start in September and last through January. Responsibilities
  • Drawing Disney Characters on model within storytelling scenes and situations
  • Further develop character art and design on the computer
  • Following department guidelines for file preparation and archiving and departmental processes/procedures
  • Learning from a mentor to provide multiple creative solutions to a project at the concept phase
Basic Qualifications
  • A portfolio showcasing ability in graphic art and illustration
  • Specific college training in illustration
  • Experience and knowledge of Mac computers
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proven ability to handle work and materials that are confidential in nature
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills

Required Education Enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program.
