Job description

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie Pâtisserie/Pastry on Remy, the first ever gastronomic restaurant on board Disney Cruise Line!

Two award-winning chefs created the menu - Chef Arnaud Lallement from l'Assiette Champenoise, a Michelin three-star restaurant just outside Reims, France, and Chef Scott Hunnel from award-winning Victoria & Albert's at Walt Disney World Resort.

You will take care of the preparation of the desserts and the presentation of the plates according to the directives of the pastry chef Remy.

Working at "Remy," you will gain professional experience, while traveling the world. This is an amazing adventure and opportunity to create epicurean excellence and build your culinary career!


To apply for the Chef de Partie Pâtisserie/Pastry position at the "Remy" restaurant you must:
● Be at least 21 years of age
● Speak English fluently
● Have at least 2 years of professional experience in the position you're applying for (Experience in a Michelin Star / Rosette / Relais et Château or gastronomic (fine dining) restaurant(s) is a must).
