As a Sr. Manager, Acquisition Marketing you will be responsible for managing the strategy, creation, successful implementation, and ongoing optimization of Paid Search, Affiliate, Social Media, Retargeting and other Digital Display campaign strategies for the Disney Store and Shop Disney.
Reporting to the Director of CRM & Digital Marketing, you will play a vital role in driving all paid media spend across our omni-channel platforms (bricks, mobile, app, desktop). You are a passionate consumer marketer who has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results through innovative marketing programs across these digital channels. You are an analytic, creative individual interested in testing new ideas and constantly thinking about how to drive customer acquisition in different ways. You have a strong background in digital marketing and at least a working knowledge of traditional media. You’re as excited about strategic planning as you are about rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You thrive in environments where you can optimize process and create efficiency. You are committed to project and task completion.
You’re a team player who likes taking smart risks and is committed to continuous improvement. You have a rare, but winning mix of hands-on acquisition experience, excellent writing skills, solid analytical skills to measure program effectiveness along with an obsessive attention to detail.
The successful candidate must have proven experience developing, executing and managing paid marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. Experience managing multi-million dollar annual budgets required.Job Description Responsibilities
  • Develop the Paid Marketing strategy and KPIs to drive insight and optimization (view based vs. click based)
  • Make data-driven decisions around marketing spend across channels to drive the lowest cost of acquisition of new guests
  • Oversee and mentor Paid Marketing Associate on day-to-day responsibilities
  • Directly manage multiple paid search, affiliate, retargeting, display, and social media campaigns across various search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.).
  • Proven experience in paid search and paid social required.
  • Assist with Campaign Strategy development
  • Use first party and third party data to identify Target Audience(s) and optimize associated campaigns
  • Meet with internal teams to determine their paid marketing objectives and goals, for Search, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate and Social Advertising campaigns
  • Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards and marketing analytics reports in conjunction with internal resources to track impact to overall business growth including influence on other channels
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices with an understanding of how they can be applied to campaigns
  • Plan, review and optimize campaigns to meet target metrics
  • Manage budgets to ensure proper pacing and allocation
  • Participate in developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline) that build awareness, consideration and familiarity leading to brand interaction and conversion
  • Drive rigorous testing, measurement and iteration to improve results continuously
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
  • Collaborate across DCPI & TWDC departments to support franchise operations through existing and new opportunities in digital marketing

Basic Qualifications
  • 6-7 years+ experience with search marketing (PPC) and other paid digital media channels
  • 6-7 years+ of demonstrable success in digital advertising campaign management
  • 6-7 years+ plus experience working closely with various business’s understanding their advertising and business goals and developing needs based digital strategies
  • Experience supervising or managing a team of digital marketing professionals is a plus
  • Experience with platform-based buying using AMO, Marin or Kenshoo is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of implementing tracking tags, third-party management tools, and publisher UIs
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Interest in new technologies and the desire to expand skill set
  • Solid data analysis experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing related fields
