Job description

Candidate should be a creative, detail-oriented and data driven thought leader who actively stays ahead of industry trends in order to contribute to the success of TWDC in all digital environments. Reports to the Senior Manager, Audience Development Responsibilities Stakeholder Relationships:
  • Ensure consistent communication and reporting, including campaign documentation, to business unit partners and external clients
  • Represent the capabilities and expertise of the team at executive meetings. Create highly polished Keynote presentations which convey the latest on our digital media business and operations
  • Facilitate and operationalize actionable insights across teams. Lead implementation of these recommendations and collaborate with programming and analytics teams on A/B tests
Audience Growth and Optimization:
  • Utilize data and insights to set strategy for digital social strategists to execute. Constantly analyze the optimal mix of digital content for diverse audiences across social platforms, and work with strategists to execute smart content marketing and audience building campaigns, on limited budgets/resources
  • Work with the team to set goals, track pacing and spark a collaborative effort to address any concerns
  • Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media to achieve audience growth, marketing objectives and goals
  • Expand and diversify our audience across platforms through paid and organic means
  • Develop and execute strategy for building digital audiences through internal marketing levers, including:
    • Email and newsletters
    • SEO
    • BlueKai and Facebook pixel retargeting
    • Website placements and programming
Data and Publishing Tool Relationships:
  • Audit tool sets for scheduling, moderation and programming so we’re always up-to-date with the best in class
  • Manage partner relationships effectively with demos, onboarding and execution
  • Communicate and understand the team’s concerns, business needs and constraints to internal and external partners
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing and/or audience development
  • Agency experience highly desirable
  • Strong presentation and influence skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with various social and digital reporting tools, including platforms directly
  • Paid media experience on Facebook, Instagram and Google/YouTube
  • Ability to build compelling Keynote presentations
  • Healthy appetite for all things digital and a regular watch on what’s new
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional sense of accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of championing a culture of data-informed decision making and operations
