Job description

As a site designer you are responsible for ideating, developing and maintaining all the creative assets for our desktop, mobile and native app. You will work directly with the design manager, photo team and copywriters to deliver brand elevated creative. You are a visual storyteller who knows how to interpret marketing, promotional and merchandise strategies into compelling creative deliverables. You are a visual storyteller who knows how to blend the right shot with the perfect message to capture an audience. You have great attention to detail and take pride in your work. You know how to work as a team and build critical relationships. We are looking for a proactive digital designer to help us transform, elevate and reimagine our Ecommerce site.
Responsibilities• Support the ecommerce creative team in the concept and development of creative elements that align with marketing, promotional and merchandise strategies.
• Collaborate with digital design manager in the execution creative across the entire site – home page, landing pages, category pages, franchise and specialty pages.
• A keen interest in website production visitor conversion, optimization, A/B testing and customer-driven products.
• UI/UX related projects including storyboard development.
• Concept and collaborate in brainstorm sessions in order to provide creative solutions to seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns.
Basic Qualifications• 3 to 5 years experience in digital and interactive design, retail Ecommerce a must.
• Develop user-centered design solutions to meet business and consumer needs.
• Expertise with graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. Knowledgeable about front-end development software.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, effective with all levels, internally and externally Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and across disciplines.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, make fast decisions and learn through iteration.
