Newly created role, to support the employee experience; creating a great work environment for our people, and helping them to be their best.

It’s about understanding the role that line management and trust plays in the employment relationship, and how to design and develop approaches to employee engagement that enable our people to have a voice. It also looks at other factors which impact the employee experience, such as employer brand, and the way we communicate (the channels) and share HR information with our colleagues and deliver improvements that will enhance the colleague experience.

As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will implement our Communication strategy across all business areas, ensuring that it contributes to our goals and values. You will use your relationship and communication skills to shape the way we share our HR information and communicate with our people, to enhance their experience.

No two days will be the same, as an Employee Experience Coorindator, you will be involved in a range of activities, from managing our employee voice group, Get Involved, supporting our onboarding processes, through to our social and festival calendars.

  • Reviewing current and implementing new effective communication and engagement strategies
  • Hands on creation and publishing of visually stimulating internal employee information and briefings.  
  • Manage all internal employee communications, from monthly employee newsletter to celebrating long service
  • Lead our employee voice forum meetings championing and promoting this important forum
  • Manage the employee monthly pulse survey cycle. Creating reports, analysing data through to action planning
  • Manage and implement social and festival calendars
  • Maintaining HR related information across multiple channels (Fourth, screens, notice boards, intranet, HR round tables, email templates and forms
  • Maintain our ‘People Updates’ and teams groups on the HRIS
  • Support managers in driving a culture of high performance and high growth, supporting the HR team with conversations on talent (performance x potential)
  • Create and measure metrics for success
