About the job
Ensure the proper conduct of all catering services, supervising and controlling all Corporate headquarters i in Milan. To be the reference person for catering setup and guests receiving in general.
Requirements
- Degree of Hotel Institute or tourism and hospitality
- Previous experience in the role, or similar, +3 years of experience in a luxury context
- Excellent knowledge of English and, preferably, good knowledge of a second foreign language
Main activities:
- Organize catering service and participate in catering management during sales campaigns for all the events at the headquarter
- Complete receiving of guests, from first welcome to food & beverage services
- Service at the private restaurant during coordination of fashion show and / or other activities in the headquarters
- Take care of the supervision, control, and success of all the preparations with catering in the offices.
- Make arrangements with the kitchen, in the case of catering services, agreeing in advance the service in detail
