The hotel Domaine de la Pierre Blanche is looking for a Sous-Chef, to join our young and dynamic kitchen team in our Hotel’s restaurant: L’Opale.
The restaurant L’Opale has a French SEMI GASTRO proposal with international touches. Creative, very local ingredients and honest.
We are open minded and look for that person that will take initiative, dares to take a risk while managing a team.

Brigade 6 pers,
young and dynamique team.
1 Michelin Star Equipped Kitchen.
• CDD contract or CDI
• Promesse d'embauche for 2020 – 1 Mars 2019.
• 5 / 7 working days a week
