• Directs the human resources activities, personnel training and organization development programs of the Company • Leads performance management systems • Makes the final decisions on disciplinary cases. • Establishes a good Labor-Management working relationship with the Union, including negotiating and administering labor agreements. • Ensures that personnel policies are written, manualized and properly implemented. • Makes staffing decisions to manage talent and pipeline • Provides over-all direction in the activities of the different hotel social committees. • Monitors compliance with local labor regulations
Job Requirements
1. Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent
2. MInimum of 2 years in related capacity, preferably in a hotel environment.
3. Ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies, plans, and actions
4. Excellent people management skills
5. Has strong exposure in hotel operations
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
7. Remains current and knowledgeable in the internal and external compensation and work competitive environments
