Job Summary and Responsibilities

Manage all F&B outlets to ensure quality in service and product; and to maximize profitability and productivity. Set annual operating budget for each outlet with each Outlet Manager. Monitor costs in conjunction with F&B Cost Controller. Monitors service and food & beverage standards in all outlets. Meet with Purchasing and suppliers to learn of new products or methods. And regularly provide feedback to Chef on food presentation and portions.

The incumbent must maintain guest service and F&B standards to meet the market needs & guest expectations. F&B manager must be in charge of overall supervision, planning, training, coordinating and communicating with staff within the department. Able to identify market needs and trends in F&B area. Job Requirements


1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 4-5 years in F&B experience in a similar capacity preferably in a 5 star class environment
3. Good knowledge in the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems and food and beverage management
4. Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Computer literate
6. Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
