About the job

The Role
•To deliver on our brand promise by maintaining our high standards of cleanliness in our guest rooms, public and back of house areas
•To demonstrate excellent time keeping and completes duties assigned.
•To ensure that bedroom and bathrooms are well presented, cleaning and tiding an allocated section of bedrooms to the company standards.
•To report all maintenance defect using MMS (Maintenance management system)
•To act in a responsible way to insure the security of guests belongings, including the return and logging of all lost property.
•To work in an accurate way to record contract cleaning, linen changes etc.

About you

The Requirements
•Be a passionate, motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Room Attendant.
•A good command of the English language.
•To have effective organizational skills and a pro detail attitude.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule.
•To be a team player.
•Experience as a Room Attendant in a 4-5 star hotel is a plus.
•Be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
