We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity as Regional HR Manager. The successor will Lead the implementation of HR plans and initiatives across Europe & Americas  to support business objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy
    Implement the Function/Department strategy to ensure alignment with Company's strategy
  • Policies and Procedures
    Participate in the development and implementation of policies, processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/ regulatory/legislative requirements are fulfilled
  • Budget
    Contribute to the preparation of the Function/Department budget to ensure alignment with the approved set budget
  • Day-to-Day Operations
    Manage the day-to-day operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
  • People development
    Manage the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize performance
  • Safety, Quality & Environment
    Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures inside the business to ensure execution in compliance with HR strategy and in an accurate manner
  • Accountable and responsible for the execution of HR projects to ensure delivery of high quality solutions, while meeting business requirements
  • Lead the execution of periodical reviews and campaigns in the business (e.g. performance management) to ensure they are completed on time and according to defined procedures
  • Identify and raise to senior stakeholders critical risks and issues, and propose HR solutions to ensure they are mitigated in a timely manner  
  • Advise, guide, coach and provide formal / informal feedback to team members on HR best practice and leading research, to drive high quality service and team & individual personal development maximizing performance
  • Analyse and respond to complex queries to ensure high quality support to stakeholders
  • Develop reports for senior management to ensure complete and timely communication on HR activities for effective decision making
  • Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  • Attend regional and head office meetings

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or similar, CIPD qualified would be an advantage
  • Full generalist background with significant experience and knowledge of international HR, unionized environments and HR legal requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role with experience operating at a senior level
  • Proven track record of implementing HR strategies in an international setting
  • Provide trusted and expert advice on a range of HR matters such as reward, employee relations, talent, performance, organisation development/change, culture, leadership and learning and talent
  • Excellent communication skills including senior level coaching
  • Experience of working with diverse cultures
  • Ability to work with urgency - balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing organisation
  • Analytical skills - able to use HR data / trends to propose solutions and recommendations
  • Regular travel, including international, will be a major part of the role
  • German Language Skills would be of an advantage
