Job description

The Henrietta Hotel is one of the most distinctive hotel in London !

Inspired by the surrounding streets of Covent Garden with a nod to Italian design, the 18 bedrooms & suites of The Henrietta Hotel are each unique, combining fabric panels, marble, carpet and hand built bedheads.
Among the many services, guests are treated with room service and mini bars carefully stocked with our favourite products, including house made cocktails.

During your Cross Training you will Gain Experience In Front Office and Manage the Housekeeping Department.

Receptionist / Guest Relation
You are the the first contact person the guests meet in the hotel.

• Greeting and welcoming the guests
• Dealing with all guests requests
• Check In / Check Out
• Resolving problems
• Creating daily reports
• Communicate with all departments and managers

Housekeeping Manager
You have an eye for details !

• Supervising the housekeeping team
• Inspecting the work and making sure it respects the hotel standards
• Helping controling expenses
• Assisting in Inventory management
• Dealing with suppliers
• Maintaining the hotel area
