Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Qualifications:
Talent check-in and separation process.
Ensure new Talent take photo and keep the personnel file integrality.
Update Talent personnel information and HR personnel system timely to ensure all Talent personnel files are correct, complete and be confidential.
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

Receive visitors and candidates in a professional manner as well as ensure the prompt, efficient and courteous delivery of service to them.

Greet and be generous to all guests and colleagues and always willing to offer the assistance.

Assist organize Colleague Relations activities.

Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure a luxury guest experience.
