Guest Experience Intern

About the job

This is an internship or ontract, on-site role for a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) located in Lisbon. The GEM will be responsible for managing guest relationships, ensuring excellent service, and enhancing the guest experience. Daily tasks include executing receptionist duties with professionalism, quality control of the property and its presentation, assisting guests and team members with inquiries, searching and coordinating inventory replacement and coordinating suppliers. The role requires a proactive and guest-focused approach to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and a proactive approach to enhancing guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests and supporting check-in/check-out processes.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and ability to address guest needs promptly.
  • Attention to detail, specially for the property inspections & maintenance interactions
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.


  • Languages required: Portuguese and English. French and Spanish are a plus
