About the job

We are currently seeking a talented, energetic and young Executive Sous
Chef to join our F&B Kitchen team.

About you

Required competencies:
 Hotel school diploma or degree in hotel management or related field.
 Proven working experience in 5-star hotels or resort.
 Minimum 7 to 8 years of combined kitchen experience.
 Minimum 2 years experience in a management position in a leading
5-star luxury hotel or resort.
 Previous experience working in remote island resorts are of advantage and the ability to work with a multinational team of enthusiastic culinary professionals.
 Must be extremely creative and up to date with the latest culinary trends.
 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal
 relationships.
 Must be extremely hands-on have a high level of patience.
  • Language required: English. French, Italian, and Spanish are a plus
