About the job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Concierge to join our highly successful team here at the Ham Yard Hotel.
Your main priority will be to help run the concierge desk in the absence of the wider team throughout the evening.
This will include answering any incoming calls, helping guests with their
luggage, reacting and adhering to guest requests and assisting with the check in’s and check out’s.
As a Night Concierge you will have the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company.
If progression isn’t your thing, that’s fine too, we would still be interested in
finding out more about you. Working as part of our Concierge team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and will be comfortable working alone or as part of a small team throughout the night. This is a varied role where no two days will be the same, and is
a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain more experience within a front office environment.

To make your life working in hospitality easier, we are proud to offer permanent
roles, working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. As standard, you will work 42 hours per week on a flexible rota, where some weekends will be required. Overtime will be paid.
