As a Pool/ Utility Technician, you would be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean aquatic recreational area for guests or residents in the hotel''s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
In this role, you will be expected to do the following:
• Responsible for measuring the chlorine and Ph levels of the pool and documenting their readings in a log book. Measurements are made three to five times a day.
• Regularly clean pool filters, as well as to use the skimmer to remove debris from the pool.
• Troubleshoot basic filter malfunctions, chemical irregularities, chlorine and Ph Levels. Will be responsible for maintaining the all equipment and making chemical adjustments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and special projects which include: Equipment maintenance: clean, lubricate, change filters, lubricating, basic troubleshooting, etc. - Light electrical: replace bulbs, ballasts, outlets and switches, Light Plumbing:
Perform other duties as requested by management.
