About the job
We are seeking a Banquet Captain to join Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay team.
Banquet Captain oversees the service of the Banquet events, primarily at hotel, Offsite and other venues, as assigned by the Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet Manager.
Assign specific tasks or services, ensure that Safety and HACCP are followed, and train staff to deliver a high quality service.
Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
