We are seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join Four seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay team.
The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for all group business including conference and banqueting rooms, individual receptions, weddings, celebrations and Outdoor Catering.
Scope of the Role:
•Secure and service ‘Catering’ Business from the Social and Corporate Market, through active and effective promotion, solicitation, and prospecting, while maintaining FS standards and maximizing revenue/profit potential.
•Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings, social events, and weddings.
•Outside sales calls
•Coordinate the sales efforts between sales department and catering to insure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenues.
•Keep Director of Catering promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate.
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality of guest satisfaction.
•Fully versed in all banquet space, facilities and capabilities of competitive market.
•Review all banquet event orders and daily and weekly banquet sheets to ensure accuracy in content as well as spelling.
