People and Culture Intern (HR)

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team for a six-month internship starting from April 2019. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with excellent communication skills, passionate about Human Resources and the Hotel industry and willing to work in team.
Work authorization for the location is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Learning and Operational Manager in planning and executing trainings for the staff.
Maintain and update all computer records, keeping the confidentiality of information in the department.
Assist with recruitment process including filing CVs and processing applications; contact applicants and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff.
Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.
Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian.
Excellent communication skills.
Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in Europe.
