About the location:

Our historic Hotel, with its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa where you can spend afternoons in pure indulgence, is just steps away from the cultural heart of Florence.

At Four Seasons Firenze we are looking for a passionate Restauant Guest Relations to provide exceptional quality and service to our guests.

What you will do

• Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

• Greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile.

• Take reservations using the Hotel software, review the daily reservation book and seat guests with or without reservations according to their preferences.

• Ensure guests’ names and preferences are recorded according to Four Seasons standards.

• Organize the menus for each service to ensure quality, condition and appearance.

• Ensure to have a complete working knowledge of the menus and be familiar with server stations, their daily assignments, their personal timing patterns and their maximum workload capacity.

• Support the F&B Team with other service tasks when needed.

What you bring

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.  

• Experience: Must have a minimum of one year food service experience in a luxury environment.

• Must possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Must possess a confident outgoing personality, a can-do approach to any request and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Flexibility, and team work approach are required.

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.

• This position requires continuous standing for 8 hours.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze and the contract is full time.
