About Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square:

The iconic former home of the Port of London Authority has been painstakingly restored and converted into a fabulous new Four Seasons Hotel. Located in the City of London and only an archers arrow away from the Tower of London. Ten Trinity Square is a 100 room hotel, with 41 Four Seasons Residences. The building also houses an exclusive members club, two destination restaurants, one French and the other Asian as well as an all day dining restaurant and cocktail bar.

The Pastry Sous Chef role:

The Pastry Sous Chef is an integral part of the Main Pastry Kitchen, serving the Rotunda, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. This position will work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to supervise and oversee the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.

The ideal Pastry Sous Chef will have:

  • Must have at least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a similar environment
  • Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
  • Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
  • Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
  • Passion for the Pastry world required!
