The most recent project- an outdoor swimming pool and bar with under-water music. The Hotel’s new pool area is a sophisticated oasis perfect for enjoying and relaxing dip with a refreshing drink. The Pool Bar’s menu offers a good selection of food, petiscos, drinks and Lisbon-inspired cocktails.
We are looking for a Stewarding Manager to join our Team in Lisbon!

What will be your main responsibilities and duties:
The Stewarding Manager oversees the Hotel’s Stewarding department;
The Stewarding Manager reports directly to the Executive Chef, and he/she oversees all aspects of the Stewarding operation, including forecasting, scheduling, training and motivating other Stewards in the Resort;
Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas, including silverware, cutlery, glassware, etc;
The Stewarding Manager ensures proper usage and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment;
Maintains an inventory of supplies while adhering to budget;
Maintain a good working relationship with other employees;
Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area;
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
What you will bring to us:
Excellent communication and organization skills;
Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country;
Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
