The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is a senior manager who works closely with the Director to ensure our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service. In addition they oversee the development of the team, developing an annual budget, and ensuring full adherence to company core and culture standards. They will also directly oversee the Room Service operation.
We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability.
Extensive Food & Beverage experience in a high-end operation is required. Applicants are required to have three to five years previous employment in a related position.
