About Four Seasons Hotel Ten Trinity Square
The iconic former home of the Port of London Authority is being painstakingly restored and converted into a fabulous new Four Seasons Hotel. Located in the City of London and only an archers arrow away from the Tower of London. Ten Trinity Square will be a 100 room hotel, with 41 Four Seasons Residences. The building will also house an exclusive members club, two destination restaurants, one French – ‘La Dame de Pic’ by Ann Sophie Pic and the other Asian as well as an all-day dining restaurant and cocktail bar. The historic ''UN Ballroom'' will be an exciting destination for both business and social events.
The Role of Executive Sous Chef
The Executive Sous Chef is part of the kitchen management by controlling and supervising the kitchen and deputizing in the absence of the Executive Chef. This position will directly oversee the culinary operation of the Rotunda restaurant, In Room Dining, and Banqueting.
The ideal Executive Sous Chef candidate will have:
An experienced Chef within a Management role in the Luxury Hotel or Restaurant Industry.
Excellent team management skills and proven business acumen required.
Fluency In English required.
