About Four Seasons Hotel Madrid:
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, a collection of seven heritage buildings is ideally situated near the business district and close to Madrid’s major tourist attractions. A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication and urban luxury, located in Centro Canalejas Madrid and scheduled to open its doors in early Spring 2020.
After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, will be home to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, four restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.
The Role of Banquet Sous Chef
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Banquet Sous Chef to join our pre-opening team for our Banquet operations, reporting directly to the Banquet Chef.
Our ideal Banquet Sous chef will;
Provide leadership for Banquet kitchen by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth. Follow the new F&B Guidelines of Four Seasons to create memorable events for our guests Provide service in a nice, efficient, and professional way following the Standards of the entity related to the hospitality industry under the brand «Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts». Be focused on the development of our team and craftmanship, bringing your personal touch and adding a creative flair to all our Kitchen experiences. Together with the Banquet Chef be able to create a bespoke offer that are highly creative and contemporary yet consistently presented, fresh and flavorful. Together with the Banquet Chef be able to create a bespoke employee dining offer that is representative to the standards of Four Seasons to create a unique experience for all employees of the hotel. Handles all food and products using correct hygiene and sanitation procedures in accordance to local health regulations.
