Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, a collection of seven heritage buildings is ideally situated near the business district and close to Madrid’s major tourist attractions. A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication and urban luxury, located in Centro Canalejas Madrid and scheduled to open its doors in early Spring 2020.
After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, will be home to 200 guestrooms including 39 suites, three restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.
Role of Door Attendant:
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Door Attendant to join our pre-opening team. The Door Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Door Attendant is stationed at the door stand outside the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. Also the Door Attendant loads and unloads all guest luggage from vehicles and assists guests with general inquiries about the hotel and the local area. Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room. He or she also assists guests at the Concierge Desk.
Our ideal Door Attendant:
Our ideal Door Attendant should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask, attention to detail and solve problems. Physical by nature this position requires standing for 8 hours, including under inclement weather, per shift and the ability to lift and push at least 30 Kgs. Applicants are required to have one year of experience in a Door Attendant position. The ideal candidate will have knowledge about the local area. It is required to have driving license. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
