Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort currently has a Reservations & Communications (ResComm) Specialist position.
The ResComm Specialist will manage a large volume of calls throughout the shift. Will contact guests to provide pre-arrival assistance, as well as answer any questions or concerns during their stay. The. The position will suggest and complete room, spa, golf and dining reservations. Must be able to describe the resort’s offerings, and benefits. Strong communication, and computer skills are required. Must be available to work rotating schedules, including overnight relief.
Four Seasons Orlando is seeking candidates who have front office or hotel reservations experience, preferred not required, and who already possess legal work authorization for employment in the United States.
