The Role of the Beverage Manager

About you
Knowledge and Skills
College degree preferable studies hotel/restaurant management, business administration.
Require two to three years restaurant management experience at department head level.
Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees of the bars of the F&B operation while
ensuring guest satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance on beverage products and service for the F&B operation.
Possesses aptitude, management skills and upward mobility.
Must have prior Mixologist experience.
Possesses business acumen, well developed guest PR skills and personal flair.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Creativity mindset
