The Role:

Your role is to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the designated area, providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers. You are responsible for supporting day-to-day operational processes, assisting in training, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. They are also expected to proactively address guest needs, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment. By adhering to company standards, responding to guest requests, and supporting administrative functions, the Desk Attendant plays a critical role in enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring the overall success of the department.
